The Romanian Airline Companies Association “Carpathia” has taken note of the appointment of Mr. Bogdan Mîndrescu as General Director of the National Company Bucharest Airports. His mandate, which begins today, September 3, 2025, will run for four years.
We hope that this four-year mandate will bring stability and foster better dialogue between CNAB and Romanian airlines, especially considering that we view as an advantage the fact that the new General Director already has experience in the aviation sector and has previously led CNAB. At the same time, the modernization of Bucharest “Henri Coandă” International Airport - Otopeni remains essential, in order to provide better conditions for passengers and an efficient working environment for airline operators.
RACA “Carpathia” remains open to constructive cooperation and ongoing dialogue with the current management of NCBA, in the interest of Romanian aviation and its passengers.
