About ACAR „Carpathia”
The unified voice of the airline companies registered in Romania.
- The Association brings together under its umbrella the airline companies registered in Romania (holders of air operator certificates and air transport licences issued by the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure), with the main purpose of promoting, protecting and supporting their interests in the face of the aviation industry's challenges. Through collaboration and united representation, ACAR „Carpathia” aims to facilitate the sustainable development of Romanian aviation.
- Our vision is to be the unified and influential voice of Romanian commercial aviation, contributing essentially to the sustainable and competitive development of the sector in line with the highest international standards of safety, security and operational efficiency.
- The objectives of ACAR „Carpathia” are to promote a stable and predictable business environment that facilitates the sustainable development of its members, to represent members' interests in dialogue with institutions, authorities and other relevant entities at national and international level, to support the development of Romania's aviation infrastructure in order to ensure the capacity needed for the growth of air traffic, and to facilitate the exchange of information and experience between members in order to improve operational efficiency and performance.
