What\u2019s new with Legend Airlines? Could you share some insights on the current routes and operations?<\/strong><\/p>\n We are pleased to announce that Legend has commenced a new operation with Neos Italy, following the successful completion of the Hajj (Pilgrims) operation with Spice Jet India and Garuda Indonesia. This ACMI contract involves the deployment of two aircraft to support Neos' peak season and AOG flights. Currently, our operations under Neos call sign are primarily within Europe, including routes such as Milan MXP to Rhodes RHO, Heraklion HER, and Ibiza IBZ, with expansions to long-haul destinations such as Amritsar ATQ in India. These operations highlight our ability to manage diverse flight requirements and further solidify our presence in the ACMI market as we prepare to expand our reach to Canada in the coming days.<\/p>\n Is Legend Airlines planning to expand its services within the Romanian market, or perhaps strengthen its presence here?<\/strong><\/p>\n While it was not part of our initial plan, we have recognized the significant demand for long-haul flights without stopovers. Given Legend's current fleet capabilities, we believe we are well-positioned to serve the Romanian market and address the need for convenient travel options. We have also achieved significant milestones by reaching airports in various countries and continents, including Indonesia, Australia, India (where we operate from over five airports), Senegal, Saudi Arabia, Iceland, and Kazakhstan. It has been a distinct honor for us, as a Romanian airline operating under a Romanian Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and proudly displaying the Romanian flag on our aircraft, to expand our presence in these international destinations.<\/p>\n Are there any plans to add more Airbus A340 aircraft to the Legend Airlines fleet in the near future? We see that Legend operates today with 3 planes, YR-LRD \/ YR-LRC \/ YR-LRE.<\/strong><\/p>\n In line with our commitment to expanding our fleet, we are delighted to add additional aircraft from the Airbus family in the near future, and we are thinking about Airbus A330, Airbus A321 or Airbus A320. The addition of these aircraft will further enhance our operational capabilities and enable us to cater to a broader range of flight requirements. As we grow, we remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of operational safety and compliance, ensuring that our expansion aligns with both market demand and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n Legend Airlines recently made history by landing on the Australian continent for the first time in decades, with the Bahrain-Jakarta-Brisbane flight. Could you tell us more about this operation\u2014what type of flight it was and for which airline it was operated? Will Legend fly more often to Australia?<\/strong><\/p>\n Our recent flight to Australia was a VIP charter arranged for the Bahrain National Football Team, highlighting our capability to operate in diverse global markets. The charter involved transporting the entire team of 50 passengers to Brisbane, Australia, where the aircraft and crew remained for one week. Following the match, Legend will fly them back to Bahrain. While we do not currently have plans for scheduled flights to Australia, we remain open to future charter requests in this region, demonstrating our adaptability to special flight operations.<\/p>\n Looking ahead, are there any truth to the rumors that Legend Airlines might start operations to Canada? Additionally, are you considering entering the United States market?<\/strong><\/p>\n We are actively exploring the possibility of connecting Romania with Canada and the United States through various routes. Although Legend Airlines does not currently operate any flights from Romania, we see potential in this market, particularly in the long-haul segment. Romania's strategic geographical location, coupled with the increasing demand for direct long-haul flights, positions the country as a potential hub for transatlantic travel. We believe that the Romanian market is gradually becoming more prepared for such services, and we are carefully assessing the necessary conditions to ensure successful operations. In addition to serving the Romanian market, we are also considering expanding our reach by bringing in traffic from neighboring countries such as Bulgaria, Serbia, and Moldova.
