The Romanian Airline Companies Association \u201cCarpathia\u201d (ACAR) expands its ecosystem of partners through the inclusion of JETAV<\/a>, one of the most dynamic and influential aviation training centers in Romania. The decision comes at a time when the Romanian aviation sector is experiencing a growing need for well-prepared personnel, modern training infrastructure, and programs aligned with European standards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Founded in 2016, JETAV initially operated as a dedicated training provider for the former airline Air Bucharest<\/em> , offering cadet programs, type ratings, and Boeing 737 base and line training, and has since evolved into a comprehensive training institution for both pilots and cabin crew. Today, JETAV certifies over 90 PPL pilots annually, approximately 40 ATPL graduates, delivers CPL\/MEP-IR and MCC programs, and trains more than 200 cabin crew members each year, making a substantial contribution to the Romanian aviation workforce.<\/p>\n

The company operates a unique nationwide infrastructure, with four specialized training locations:<\/p>\n

  • Pipera \u2013 OTD B737 simulators, ESET B737, and FNPT II SEP\/MEP-IR;<\/li>\n
  • Otopeni \u2013 FNPT II MCC A320 simulator, three training rooms, and 18 premium accommodation units;<\/li>\n
  • Strejnic Aerodrome \u2013 a full training campus with hangar, five aircraft, briefing rooms, recreation areas, and accommodation facilities;<\/li>\n
  • Clinceni Aerodrome \u2013 a new center under development, featuring a hangar of over 1,200 sqm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Sub umbrela JETAV func\u021bioneaz\u0103 organiza\u021bii autorizate de AACR \u0219i EASA – ATO, CC-TO, CAO, centrul ESET \u0219i centrul de simulatoare, al\u0103turi de AeroMed, centru medical AME. \u00cen paralel, compania dezvolt\u0103 dou\u0103 proiecte ambi\u021bioase: AeroMed AMC, primul centru medical aeronautic privat din Rom\u00e2nia, \u0219i AOC Clever Wings<\/em>, operator specializat \u00een zboruri turistice \u0219i de experien\u021b\u0103 (city tours, mountain tours, zboruri pe litoral \u0219i \u00een zona Dun\u0103rii). Unul dintre elementele care diferen\u021biaz\u0103 JETAV \u00een pia\u021b\u0103 este rata de angajare impresionant\u0103: 98% dintre pilo\u021bii forma\u021bi \u0219i 75% dintre cabin crew \u00ee\u0219i g\u0103sesc un loc de munc\u0103 \u00een companiile aeriene rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti sau interna\u021bionale, pentru care compania furnizeaz\u0103 constant resurs\u0103 uman\u0103 calificat\u0103.
